MorgarOT Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases on MorgarOT are final.

MorgarOT does not refund real-money payments back to cards, processors, wallets, or other external payment methods. Any approved refund, restoration, or compensation is issued only as MorgarOT coins / store credit .

2. What MorgarOT May Compensate

Compensation may be considered, at MorgarOT's sole discretion, in situations such as:

Server wipes / reset compensation

When MorgarOT performs a full or partial reset, eligible compensation terms may be announced in advance or alongside the reset. If compensation is offered, it will be issued as MorgarOT coins / store credit , not cash.

Verified technical/store issues

If a confirmed bug or store-side error causes the loss of purchased value, MorgarOT may restore the lost value as coins / store credit .

Duplicate or incorrect store-side crediting

If staff confirms that a store transaction behaved incorrectly, MorgarOT may correct the account through coins / store credit .

3. What Is Not Eligible

Compensation will not be issued for:

  • purchases you later regret
  • PvP losses, scams, market mistakes, or bad trades
  • quitting the game
  • used / consumed purchases unless MorgarOT confirms a technical fault
  • bans or sanctions caused by rule violations
  • RMT-related losses or seized assets
  • requests for real-money cash refunds

4. Real Money Trading & Refunds

Accounts involved in confirmed RMT activity are permanently ineligible for refunds or compensation. That includes:

  • accounts banned for RMT
  • items or currency removed because of RMT enforcement
  • any losses tied to account sharing for profit or outside trading

5. How to Request Review

If you believe a technical/store issue affected purchased value:

  1. Gather the details:
    • account name
    • what happened
    • when it happened
    • screenshots or other proof if available
  2. Contact staff through the official MorgarOT support channels.
  3. Wait for review.

If MorgarOT approves compensation, it will be issued as MorgarOT coins / store credit only .

6. Policy Changes

MorgarOT may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the official website.
