MorgarOT Refund Policy
1. General Policy
MorgarOT operates under a "No Refunds, All Sales Are Final" policy. This means that all in-game purchases, virtual items, and related transactions are non-refundable by default once completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances at MorgarOT's sole discretion:
Server Wipes
When MorgarOT performs a complete or partial server wipe (data reset), affected players may be eligible for refunds or compensation for purchased premium currency and items lost during the wipe.
How refunds are handled:
- Eligible players will be notified through the official MorgarOT website and Discord server
- Specific refund terms, eligibility criteria, and claim procedures will be posted on the MorgarOT Discord server before the wipe occurs
- Refunds will be processed according to the rules announced for that specific wipe event
Technical Errors or Bugs
If a verified bug or technical error results in direct loss of purchased items or premium currency, refunds may be considered. Players must:
- Report the issue to MorgarOT support with evidence (screenshots, timestamps)
- Await investigation and confirmation
- Receive compensation at MorgarOT's discretion
Billing Errors
If a player is accidentally charged multiple times for a single purchase, a refund for the duplicate charge(s) will be processed upon verification.
3. Refund Ineligibility
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Voluntary purchases you later regret
- In-game losses due to PvP combat, theft, or trading decisions
- Account bans due to rule violations (including Real Money Trading)
- Accidental purchases or misclicks (unless MorgarOT determines a technical fault)
- Items purchased and used or consumed
- Decisions to quit the game
4. Real Money Trading & Refunds
Players involved in Real Money Trading (RMT) are permanently ineligible for refunds , including:
- Accounts banned for RMT violations
- Items or currency seized due to RMT activity
- Any related losses resulting from RMT enforcement

5. Wipe-Specific Refund Terms
When server wipes occur, detailed refund rules will be posted on the official MorgarOT Discord server before the wipe.
These terms will specify:
- Which purchases are eligible for refunds
- How much refund players will receive
- How to claim refunds
- The timeline for processing refunds
Players are responsible for reviewing these announcements. Check the Discord regularly for wipe notifications.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible situation:

- Your account name
- Details of the purchase or transaction
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, timestamps)

- Investigate if necessary
- Respond with approval or denial
- Process approved refunds within 14 business days
