Morgar & Virelia World Update

WORLD & PROGRESSION - Morgar now shares Virelia's staged experience, skill, magic-level, and 2x base-loot progression. Morgar remains Optional PvP, while Virelia remains Open PvP. - On Morgar and Virelia, up to two characters from the same account can now be outside protection zones at the same time. - Characters can now transfer between Morgar and Virelia in either direction while keeping their progression and belongings. Transfers require account verification and eligibility checks, and each character has a 30-day transfer cooldown. QUESTS & ACCESS - Added a Soul War Teleport Hub destination to VIP teleporters. The waypoint requires level 250 and the normal Soul War access prerequisites. - Restored missing Order of the Lion trust progression from completed resident tasks.
