Capacity, exori min, Plagueroot, quest fixes

**Capacity fix (Autostash)** - Selling all loot from the loot pouch with Autostash enabled no longer leaves your capacity (cap) stuck at the old value. The stashed items' weight is now released properly. **exori min (Front Sweep)** - Fixed the upgraded (wheel) version dealing no damage (creatures showed "Dodged") — it hits normally again. **Plagueroot (boss)** - No longer blankets the arena in fire bombs. - Attack kit reworked to the official mix: earth missile, poison, death/ice/drown beams, fire beam, ultimate explosion, and a mana-drain bomb. It also teleports around the room again. - Earth damage now heals it (official behavior) — don't use earth spells on it; it takes slightly more fire damage. **Milos NPC (Curse Spreads / Foxtail quest)** - Milos, the quest-giver for the Foxtail Amulet questline, now spawns in Edron's Ivory Towers (north-western tower) — he was missing entirely.
