MorgarOT Update — Gameplay Fixes & Promotion Scrolls

**ECHO WARDENS** Echo Wardens now award regular Charm Points as intended, based on the creature's Bestiary difficulty. Players who completed Echo Wardens before this fix will receive their missing regular Charm Points automatically when they log in. **COMBAT** Elemental area arrows now scale correctly from ranged attacks, preventing the unusually low damage players were seeing. **SELLING & CAPACITY** Your displayed capacity will now update correctly immediately after selling items to NPCs. **RECONNECTS** Intentional reconnects, including those caused by !fps, should no longer be followed by a second disconnect shortly afterward. **PLAYER TIPS** Hourly announcements have been refreshed with current season information and now correctly explain that autoloot is available to every player. **PITS OF INFERNO** The missing Key 3700 for the Pits of Inferno shortcut has been restored. The key will return if another player takes it. **PROMOTION SCROLLS** Promotion Scrolls are returning to the Platinum Tokens vendor in Blue Valley. Each character of level 51 or higher can use each scroll type once. Abridged: 9 points — 10 tokens Basic: 15 points — 20 tokens Revised: 27 points — 40 tokens Extended: 39 points — 80 tokens Advanced: 60 points — 100 tokens A complete set grants 150 bonus wheel points and costs 250 platinum tokens.
